Our handcrafted jewelry is made-to-order, please allow 2-3 weeks for production time. Once your order is ready, we'll ship it to you using your chosen shipping method. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. We ship domestically and internationally. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
